Senior Product/UX Designer

iO Associates are working with a start up based in Asia who are looking to build a team here in the UK (London). They are looking for the new team to be building products on top of their impressive exisiting product (a successful iOS app). As the Lead Product Designer, you'll be one of the first people in the UK team and will be leading on how the product looks and feels. This is the perfect opportunity for those who loves the excitement of "all hands on deck" environment that is full of challenges and changes!

Requirements

• Designed high performing/exciting products
• Had experience Product Designing iOS Apps
• A great story teller capable in explaining your thought process and product vision
• Production experience working with high performance engineering and product team to deliver project from start to end
• Extensive experience with sketching, diagramming, interface design tools (Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator), production HTML/CSS, and prototyping tools (e.g. Principle, Framer, InVision) for Mobile
• Led product cycle from conducting and analysing user research to validating hypothesis via prototypes to shipping high fidelity design on production

They are looking for people who are passionate about Design and UX, who can demonstrate a high calbire of work. Also they want candidates to demonstrate this passion for Design through projects you may have done outside of a work setting.
