Service Desk Technician (Security Clearance)

Are you someone with Security clearance looking for an interesting ongoing contract?
Do you have experience in Service Desk Operations within the past year?
I am looking for candidates with the following experience:
- Service Desk experience
- Experience with end user support
- English speaker both written and spoken
Day to day you will be involved with:
- Provides support for incident resolution and requests reported to the centralized service desk
- Utilises and maintains standard operating procedures, processes and support documentation
- Establishes strong working relations with customers and team members
