As the Team Manager of Software Engineering, you'll helm a diverse team of 25-35 skilled software engineers, all working in agile, scrum, and SAFe environments to develop safety-critical software. Your leadership will directly influence the quality, performance, and alignment of one of our client's core product segments.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performance team with a focus on continuous improvement
• Support team members in meeting project objectives related to customer value, quality, time, and budget
• Collaborate within the management team to contribute to strategic planning and process improvements
