You will be working with a team of experienced and talented individuals across multiple disciplines and in an organisation that has the benefit of a global presence with plenty of growth opportunity.

What we’re looking for;

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

As the Stores Manager you will be involved in the Stock control and asset management of high value and highly sensitive products and parts. Initially this will be on a small scale, but no less important as you will be looking after various cryptographic devices and export controlled materials for high profile customers

As the business grows and the manufacturing site is opened, the role will develop further into a more traditional Warehouse/Inventory Management role with goods coming in and out.

To begin with on a day to day basis you will be tracking and recording data relating to parts, sub-assemblies, line replaceable units, equipment sets, customer owned parts, subassemblies, LRUs and equipment, tools and related data. As well as this you will be responsible for customer returns processing and the day to day administration of actual and virtual stores.

As the business grows you will play an integral part in the process development, optimising systems and creating from the ground up a fully functional inventory and asset management system.

To be successful in this role you will need significant experience in Warehouse and/or inventory management as well as being able to work on your own and develop processes within a start up environment.

In summary you will need:

  • Knowledge of best practice stores and warehousing solutions

  • Experience with managing cryptographic materials

  • Knowledge of UK/US export/import regulations

  • Good communications and teamwork

  • Self starter with drive and energy to solve problems and establish new systems

  • Process development and documentation

  • BTEC/HND Business/Operations/IT

  • Logistics, inventory management, warehousing training

What’s in it for you;

We offer Competitive salary packages, flexible working hours, health care options, life cover, family friendly policies and a range of additional benefits including salary sacrifice schemes, discounts, access to Learning and Development tools and support for yours and your family’s health and wellbeing.

All the positions will be based full-time or with alternative flexible arrangement from our offices either in Bristol, London or home based (where the job allows).
