This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in the development of a brand new, next generation electric aircraft that is set to completely revolutionise the future of cross-country travel in the coming years.

They are now looking for a Stress Engineer who will be responsible for the sizing & stress analysis of the CFRP Fuselage structure & interfaces by means of hand calculations, numerical simulations (FEM) & optimization techniques.

Requirements:

• Experience in Structural analysis, with application to aircraft structures, in particular to Fuselage Primary & Secondary Structure
• Excellent knowledge of stress & damage tolerance analysis methods following established standards for CFRP structures
• Experience in the preliminary design phase required
• In-depth understanding of the loading scenarios and mechanical behaviour of aircraft structures
