Supply Chain & Quality Manager - Aerospace (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

Monitor supplier performance, analyse capacity/load, and ensure production readiness for rate changes.
Oversee transfer of work and design-change industrialisation activities with suppliers.
Lead all quality actions: non-conformity resolution, corrective measures, concessions, and formal quality reviews (SARI/QSR).
Implement and manage APQP and Supplier Quality Improvement Plans (SQIP) for robust prevention and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring

Proven experience in supply chain and quality management within aerospace, automotive, or heavy manufacturing.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and clear, proactive communication.
Ability to analyse supplier performance data and deliver concise reporting.
Practical expertise in problem solving and crisis/recovery management.
