UX Designer - Bristol - £45-55K

User Experience is a vital part to any product lifecycle and a key part of how software developers see their code be put to life in the end result.

We are working with a highly-regarded player in the UK Defence Sector as they expand their Information Systems team. As the UX Designer, you will be working alongside multi-disciplinary teams to research, design, user test, deliver and maintain highly engaging end-to-end user experiences.

With just a one-stage interview process to meet some of your new colleagues, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure the next step in your UX Designer career. The opportuntiy comes as part of a wider recruitment effort across the company and you'll be joining the team not long after recent additions to the UX team.

We are looking for skills with:

- Figma

- Adobe XD

- Proven ability to research customer behaviour and market trends

- Confidence with presenting your findings and acting on them to decide the best course of action

- Experience with testing and assessing the results

- Working in an Agile environment - Scrum and Kanban, for example

- Practical knowledge of the Government Digital Service would be good, but not essential

There are a number of offices London, the South, the South West and South East. You may sometimes be required to visit clients/accounts so again, we are open on location on this one.
